Welcome to the Abbey Church

The Abbey Church (the Orthodox Catholic Church of Christ the King) is a sacred space set within beautiful gardens that provide an opportunity to step apart from our busy lives to nurture the soul and refresh our spirits.

We welcome visitors of all faiths and denominations to join with us in love, acceptance and friendship.

The Church holds a Holy Communion service each Sunday morning and an Evening Service and Meditation to which all are welcome. The Church also performs Weddings, Baptisms, Funerals and Memorial services. While the Church’s heritage comes from both Orthodox and Catholic traditions, the Abbey Church also reflects the mystic understandings and revelations of its founder the Rev J.S. M Ward. As such we seek to be a lighthouse in the world sharing God’s light, peace and love to all.
